Welcome to Pencil Ink Visions! The terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Pencil Ink Visions, operated by Corina Barbu as a sole trader. Pencil Ink Visions operates this online store and website, including all related information, content, features, tools, products and services made available to you.

Our store is hosted by Shopify, which enables us to offer our products and services online.

SECTION 2 - OUR PRODUCTS

Pencil Ink Visions creates traditional artwork and art inspired products, including art prints, bookmarks, stickers and original artwork. Product descriptions and photographs are provided to represent each item as accurately as possible.

As products may be based on original artwork and reproduced through printing, slight variations in colour, texture or appearance may occur. Colours may also appear differently depending on your screen and device settings.

These variations do not affect your statutory rights if a product is faulty or not as described.

We may update product descriptions, introduce new products or discontinue existing products. Any changes will not remove rights relating to an order already accepted.

Product availability may vary, and we may limit quantities where reasonably necessary, for example when stock is limited.

SECTION 3 - ORDERS

When you place an order, you are offering to purchase the selected products. Your order is subject to acceptance by us. We will normally confirm receipt by email, and any order confirmation will explain the status of your order.

We may need to refuse or cancel an order where, for example, a product is unavailable, a pricing or listing error has occurred, payment cannot be processed, or we reasonably suspect a fraudulent transaction. If we cancel an order after payment has been taken, we will arrange an appropriate refund.

Please review your order carefully before completing checkout. If you need to request a change or cancellation, contact us as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee that changes can be made once an order has been processed or dispatched. This does not affect any statutory cancellation rights you may have.

Purchases are subject to our Shipping and Returns Policy.

SECTION 4 - PRICES AND PAYMENT

All prices and available payment methods will be displayed at checkout. Any applicable delivery charges and other charges payable to us will be shown before you complete your purchase.

Prices and promotions may change over time. The price applicable to your order will be the price displayed when you place it, unless an obvious error has occurred.

If a pricing or listing error affects an order, we may contact you to explain the error and discuss whether you wish to proceed at the correct price. If we cannot agree on how to proceed, we may cancel the affected order and refund any payment taken.

Payments are processed through the payment methods available at checkout. You confirm that you are authorised to use the payment method selected and that the information you provide is accurate.

For international orders, customs duties, import taxes or other charges may apply depending on the destination and applicable rules. Where such charges are not collected at checkout, they may be payable by the recipient.

SECTION 5 - SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

Orders are generally dispatched within 3–5 working days, unless a different timeframe is stated on the relevant product page or agreed with you.

We ship internationally to the destinations available at checkout. Shipping options, costs and any available delivery estimates will be displayed during checkout.

Delivery estimates are not guarantees. Postal service delays, customs processing, holidays, severe weather and other circumstances outside our reasonable control may affect delivery times.

If your order has not arrived within the expected timeframe, please contact us using the details in Section 18 so we can help investigate.

Responsibility for loss or damage during delivery remains with us until the goods are received by you, or by someone you have nominated to receive them, except where applicable law provides otherwise.

Your statutory rights relating to delivery, missing parcels, damaged items and faulty products are not affected by these Terms.

SECTION 6 - INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

Unless otherwise stated, the original artwork, photographs, product images, written content and other creative materials produced for Pencil Ink Visions belong to Corina Barbu or are used with permission. They are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Purchasing a physical product does not transfer copyright or grant permission to reproduce, distribute, modify, sell or commercially use the artwork. You may enjoy the item for your personal, non-commercial use.

You must not reproduce, copy, upload, distribute or commercially exploit our artwork or website content without prior written permission, except where permitted by law.

Some products may feature unofficial fan art inspired by existing books, characters or fictional worlds. Unless explicitly stated otherwise, such fan art is not affiliated with or endorsed by the relevant authors, publishers or rights holders. Third-party names, characters and other intellectual property remain the property of their respective owners.

Nothing in this section claims ownership of intellectual property belonging to third parties.

Pencil Ink Visions is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide our online store. However, purchases made through our store are made directly between you and Pencil Ink Visions.

Shopify is not the seller of our products and is not responsible for the sales transactions between you and Pencil Ink Visions, except where applicable law provides otherwise.
