Thank you for supporting Pencil Ink Visions! Every order is prepared with care, and I aim to get your artwork to you as safely as possible.

Processing Times

Orders are generally dispatched within 3-5 working days. Processing times may occasionally be longer during busy periods or for special releases. If there is a significant delay with your order, I will do my best to keep you informed.

Please note that processing time is separate from shipping time.

Shipping Destinations

I currently ship to the UK and internationally, subject to the destinations available at checkout.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery destination and the available shipping options. Any applicable shipping charges will be shown before you complete your purchase.

Delivery Times

Delivery times vary depending on your location, the shipping service selected and the courier. Any delivery estimates provided are estimates rather than guaranteed dates.

Tracking

Where a tracked shipping service is selected or included with your order, tracking information will be provided when available.

Customs and Import Charges

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes or other fees charged by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer where applicable, unless stated otherwise at checkout.

Delays, Lost or Damaged Parcels

If your order has not arrived within the expected delivery window, please contact me at pencilinkvisions@gmail.com with your order number so I can help investigate.

If your order arrives damaged or you believe it has been lost in transit, please get in touch as soon as possible. I will work with you to resolve the issue in accordance with your statutory consumer rights.

Incorrect Delivery Details

Please check that your delivery details are correct before placing your order. If you notice an error, contact me as soon as possible. I cannot guarantee that delivery details can be changed once an order has been dispatched.
